1. Legal Compliance
   Hemp Drop only sells hemp-derived products compliant with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill. By placing a wholesale order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, purchasing on behalf of a legally authorized business, and that it is legal to receive, possess, sell, and distribute these products in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to your resale activities.

2. Wholesale Account Requirements
   You agree to provide accurate business information, including a resale certificate or tax ID, maintain updated contact information, and comply with all laws governing hemp product sales. Hemp Drop reserves the right to deny, restrict, or revoke wholesale access at any time.

3. Product Use & Health Disclaimer
   Hemp Drop products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You agree not to make any medical or unapproved claims while marketing or reselling Hemp Drop products. You are responsible for complying with FDA, FTC, and local advertising regulations.

4. Pricing, Payment & Order Processing
   All wholesale orders must be paid in full before fulfillment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing, discounts, and inventory availability may change without notice. Once payment is received and fulfillment begins, orders cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping, Fulfillment & Risk of Loss
   Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a comparable carrier. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. Hemp Drop is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or seized packages. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

6. Product Quality, Storage & Handling
   You are responsible for proper storage and handling of all hemp products after delivery. Hemp can naturally degrade over time; Hemp Drop is not responsible for changes in potency, terpene content, or chemical profile after delivery. We recommend storing all hemp products in a cool, dark, dry place.

7. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Goods
   Wholesale orders are final and non-returnable. Hemp Drop will only replace or credit orders in cases of shipping damage, incorrect items, contamination (e.g., bud rot, mold), or product severely underweight beyond industry-standard tolerance. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos, batch details, and order information.

8. Resale Restrictions & Representations
   You agree not to resell products on Amazon, eBay, or other prohibited marketplaces without approval, not to rebrand or white-label Hemp Drop products without permission, not to sell products to individuals under 21, and not to misrepresent Hemp Drop or our products in any form.

9. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hemp Drop LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, investigations, penalties, or legal fees arising out of your resale of our products, your marketing representations, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hemp Drop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Hemp Drop is not responsible for product degradation after delivery or for carrier-related issues. Hemp Drop’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to Terms
    Hemp Drop reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective immediately upon posting.
