Order Processing Times
All wholesale orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment is received, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM EST may begin processing the following business day. -
Shipment Methods
Hemp Drop ships wholesale orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a comparable carrier. The carrier used may vary depending on package size, weight, value, and destination. Expedited options may be available upon request. -
Shipping Estimates
Delivery times provided at checkout or by email are estimates only and not guarantees. Weather conditions, carrier delays, routing issues, or operational backlogs may affect delivery times. -
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. -
Risk of Loss & Transfer of Liability
Hemp Drop transfers risk of loss to the Buyer once the package is accepted by the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, damaged, or seized while in transit. Buyers must file claims directly with the carrier. -
Shipping to Restricted Jurisdictions
Some states, counties, or municipalities have restrictions on hemp-derived products. Hemp Drop does not monitor local laws and does not guarantee legality in your jurisdiction. It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws before placing an order. -
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Hemp Drop within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos, videos, or supporting evidence. Hemp Drop may offer a replacement or credit at its discretion; however, final claims must be submitted directly to the carrier. -
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or are missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and correct the issue. -
Large or High-Value Orders
Bulk and high-value orders may ship in multiple packages or require a signature upon delivery. Hemp Drop may also use additional insurance or special packaging for protection. -
International Shipping
Hemp Drop currently does not ship wholesale orders outside the United States. -
Shipping Address Accuracy
The Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Hemp Drop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to address errors, the Buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees. -
Delivery Issues & Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks a package as “Delivered” but it cannot be located, the Buyer must contact the carrier directly. Hemp Drop is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. -
Order Changes After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the address, contents, or shipping method.
